i rmb we woke up at the time when we were supposed to meet at vivo.
i rmb after the sentosa outing, every weekend was the cousins' weekend.

i'm so getting a fringe trim tomorrow... if i manage to wake up in time. i still can't believe i'm in year 11 this year, year 12 next year and will be in university in 2012. please don't be the end of the world(though i don't believe), i still want a family with kids and grandkids. i still can't believe my friends in singapore are on their separate ways to poly/jc ~ time pass bloody quickly, yeh?

cheryl says i look like mafia boss hahahaha super unglam -.- two weeks ago, around this time, my mum couldn't sleep because... her sisters(my aunts) etc are coming to visit melbourne and they haven't seen each other for three years. two weeks passed really quickly, so will ten months hopefully.

for four miserable hours.

spent the past eight days with relatives/cousins! (mum side's, from singapore) and they're gone now wtf i'm alone again - urgggggh i really wanna go back to singapore now! sigh zz nevermind, ten months will pass by really quickly! - anyway it had been really fun and crazy with the relatives for the past couple of days! weather has been crazy, movie marathons almost every single night, suppers, big family gatherings, late nights, running around playing with the little kids, getting bullied by cousins, super long phone calls with the elderlyyy~ hahaha (y) i just realised, both sides of my parents have short and "fat" genes lol that explains my size tsk.

watched lovely bones with sam! we were supposed to watch old dogs, but we went into the wrong cinema~ haha but it was a really good movie, the ending sucks though. thinking about the murderer's face gives me the creeps.

"if you were to choose between australian and singaporean citizenship, which would you choose?" for now, i'd choose singapore but 手掌是肉背心也是肉 ):

i REALLY hate going to the airport, especially the departure part!! i REALLY hate sending people off, knowing that i'm gonna spend time alone again. (most friends are overseas sigh i should be too!) so far i've been to the airport five times and sent like nineteen people offfffff. i REALLY hate departures!! ):

it's 2010! i don't have any resolutions i can think of right now, just need to get rid of the five kilos i gained overseas. the memories created in the past few years and the friendships will continue and not be forgotten(!!!!). 2009 had been a tough year, be it studies, friendships or life. despite all the ups and downs, i enjoyed 2009. although i lost contact with a couple of friends, i've gained new ones and will treasure them!

been almost a week since i came back from singapore. (i keep talking about singapore-.-) for the past week, it's been pretty hard on me, to adapt in a totally different society. i guess i'm starting to settle down. haha trying to get rid of my singlish accent.

mavis' family has applied for the migration to melbourne! wooooo hopefully the australian government approves it like now then mavis can come cook for me!! and hopefully huihong's family and sherman's family will migrate here too!! then i don't have to think about singapore as much hahaha COME!!!

landed in melbourne on a saturday morning(26 december at 10.18 AM)! omg i have spent one month in singapore without even realising. time really fliessss ~ but this special one month in singapore is the most memorable time i've spent in 2009!! i haven't laughed, joked, smiled as much in 2009. thanks everyone for the super fun memories!!

stayed at cousins' house for the month and bonded really close!
meeting up with the SHIS after a good 4 years and everyone's still the same!
eating so much singapore food and gaining five kilos!!!!!
staying over at sherman's house, slacking, watching movies and falling asleep in cousins' warmth. next morning, kuishinbo buffet with cousins!! i think we ate more than taking pictures! food was like mmmm (Y) especially the salmon that shane took like 2 rows of salmon back HAHA drank coffee (y) huihong sherman shane being crazy with the fondue hahaha while sherman went for rugby, the rest stayed for shopping. later met up for midnight movie, sherman and shane stayed over for the night and watched friends :)
seeing friends i've never met in real life till now and enjoying each outing!
going to escape themepark with louis, coincidentally saw his other friends andjoined them i think the haunted house and viking ship was the most memorable haha!
lost my wallet but gained 3 new ones! woooo louis bought one for me, sherman's mum bought another for me and i bought one for myself :)
went to a stranger's(yuankiang) house to play mahjong, ending up becoming good friends (Y) - played mahjong with yuankiang, chloe, gekhwee, zhengyang, jasper, wanling on different days - carbang! LOL

going to jiahui's ajisen work place IN TIONG BAHRU heh fun!

ice skating for the first time with yk chloe gekhwee hasif sherman! i was doing fine... until hasif and gekhwee fell down, then i was standing super still and i fell -.- but it was super fun! thus, went ice skating again with yk chloe gekhwee jasper and sherman! wasn't feeling very well but still enjoyed myself! then sat in sherman's car to ckk, went for dinner and my friends went separate ways while sherman and i met up with huihong and huijuan(cousins

watched 2012 twice, new moon, case 39 twice, storm warriors twice(on the

watched storm warriors with tonghua and lywei, never take pictures again zz but had fun! tonghua and lywei were so different from what i expected! but in a good way (y) then met up with cousins(sherman shane huihong huijuan huimin) to watch storm warriors, tried convincing sherman it was a shit movie~
finally met up with qianhui, cuitian and hannah!! going shopping sprees, free flow, laughing out loud! hahaha at the fact that i can't see without my glasses, thinking there was a 1 cent coin on the table, touched it and it was actually chocolate ice cream that qianhui spilt on the table -.- sadly yanru mildred liying and meeting couldn't come): went back to ckk with those 3 and coincidentally saw kengyang!! "i was like staring at you for 5 mins and you can't recognise me, so sad" LOL i told you i was blind
qianhui accompanied me to SIA to extend my stay in singapore while yk chloe gekhwee wanling went back to yk's house. qianhui that crazy woman~ hahaha always have the best times with her! went starbucks and made her fall in love with starbucks~ that time we didn't know my mum would let me extend my stay in singapore so we took the mrt home together and i alighted at bishan... the atmostphere was really dull cos we were pretty sad, thought we'd never see each other again, we hugged then she said I LOVE YOU HAHAHHAHA later she sent a text, "LOL our last words was I LOVE YOU!" really felt like crying on the spot BUTTTTT... after leaving mrt station, went home for the family bbq! bbq was super successful! damn full -.- all my aunts called my parents and like ganged up on them haha! the next morning, i called mum and she said yes to staying till christmas night!!!
pepperlunch breakfast with chloe gekhwee and yk! another awesome time with them! yk took sick leave for me awww so touched! LOL had to rush back home to meet up with mavis' family for lunch then we went to amk hub for newyorknewyork mm (y) rushed back to kbox at amk with chloe gek and yk! HAHAHA best times! made the waiter help us take like 5 pictures till we were satisfied LOL that gek was like insane! insanelady! (Y)
because of me, yk lost his job(sad but still funny haha)
2/7 class outing at ecp!! met them at city hall station and their reactions were like O.O you dion? hahahaha i missed them so much! it was a little awkward at the start because we haven't talked face to face for 3 years and that cuitian ps me for geo! hannah went overseas, qianhui couldn't come. lucky got tonghua mildred elynur and the rest (Y) rented bikes and cycled for like hourssss. (people who went: cuitian geo tonghua alvin nicholas geoffrey joel lau mildred hafiz tariq crystal elynur izyan humaira victor damian chee heng, i think that's all.) went for dinner with nicholas, tonghua, izyan, joel lau, geoffrey, alvin, chee heng. tonghua fed izyan with fries lehhhh, nicholas and i jealous so he fed me fries too LOL

"I SEE YOU" dinner at pastamania, dessert at swensens. didn't manage to take pictures): because joel lau, cuitian, tonghua, alvin, tariq couldn't come, lau and i organised a day for us to go sentosa but in the end it was cancelled):
last minute shopping with wanling, shopping for christmas presents and soveniors! after buying stuff, settled down at mos and ate dinner there we saw this girl who looks like esther and we were like staring at her then her friends stare back HAHAHA wanling la! stare so much! met up with crystal and jiahui after mos and took some pictures!
last minute outing with cheryl! everything was hilarious and we were like hiding in one corner, taking stupid pictures and laughing like no one's business. we even played those -put in coins, turn and yayy toy come out- machine things.
sentosa with the cousins!!! after gaining so much weight, finally 'lost' some at sentosa, playing volleyball and frisbeeee (no use la, lose already, still gain -.-) haha im pro at volleyball okay, just that sometimes the guys throw the ball at me when i didn't know, once i saw the ball i screamed and hit the ball away LOL it's called self defence ~ so i became the joke of the day
went shopping with qianhui and met up with qianhui's boyfriend jerald! woooo! hehe they bought me shoes!! thanks!! we were all pretty "tan de lai" (YY) qianhui and i will be getting married together! woooo! LOL this better come true ah qianhui! (L)
christmas eve party at sherman's house!! it was also sherman's mum's birthday!! the candles were lit, cake was perfect, the birthday girl was there so we sang the happy birthday song. then realised, her husband wasn't there, so he joined and sang again. then realised shaun wasn't there, sang again. shane wasn't there, sang again. sherman wasn't there, sang again. LOL we sang like 5 times! finally talked to mavis and wilson after so long!! played big 2 and then went upstairs to play guitarhero, met new friends haha i know i can't handle the drums alonee so shane's two friends played the drums with me HAHA imagine 3 people playing on the drums while shane sings like ghost and huihong plays on the guitar ~ was intending to sleepover at their house for the night, but didn't
THE NIGHT OF DEPARTURE!!!!!! dreading to get on that plane and be on my way home to melbourne): my closest cousins were there; mavis' family, sherman's family and of course huihong's family! having such fun with the cousins until i read the letter from chloe, gekhwee and yk): then gek called, thanks for calling hun!! received couple of texts! after seeing qianhui's chloe's and gek's i was like fullon draining myself with tears. THANKS EVERYONE FOR THE BEAUTIFUL MEMORIES!! I GOT GOOD NEWS!! IM COMING BACK IN DECEMBER 2010!! this time i'll meet up with the people i haven't met and especially qianhui, chloe, gekhwee, yk, hannah, cuitian, nicholas and gang etc!!!!

just a little highlight about singapore since i've landed.

ice skating for the first time in my life with some of my closest friends
class outing!
meeting people i've never met
meeting people i haven't met in years
coincidentally seeing friends
sentosa, escape, mahjong, bowling(my skills deproveeed)
bowling, numerous movies, some repeated twice
cheaper food + munching on suppersssss + gaining 5 kg...
and endless shopping sprees!

it's been so much fun! fell ill for a couple of days but back on my feet for more shopping! i'm supposed to be back in singapore since... eleven days ago but i begged for extention of two more weeks and succeeded! i didn't want to go back to melbourne, i still don't want to... it's like going back to reality where everything just rushes in your face. Days in singapore is like a dream holiday, not a need to care about any serious business. Very, very carefree. I'm not prepared to go back. "JETLAG LA" haha this didn't turn out to be a highlight, more like a post.

i still cant believe i forgot to watch australian idol finale! three of my favourite singers were on idol live! ): i wanted to listen to jordin sparks and guy sebastian sing 'Art of Love' live! ): i didn't miss much anyway, since jordin didn't go to idol cos she was sick. ANYWAY STAN WALKER WON (Y) will be hearing his first debut single 'Black Box' on the radio! :)

i was trying to check-in online, but it said "Child passenger cannot check-in individually. An adult needs to accompany the child." -.- had my last metec driving lesson today and got my cert :) next, get my learners so i can drive on the road! hahaha im gonna accompany louis to sell cards on a sunday! :) tomorrow would be the last day i'll be seeing hend if her dad's final decision is to go back to sydney. im really gonna miss you hend, life's gonna be super hard without you to go through with me! ): hopefully she'll still be here when i come back from singapore, hopefully she won't have to leave at all!!

16 november 2009- spent the whole day with my favourites. day with hend rose emily ruchira alicia, night with marlie and cherie. nicole didn't come for the day and mel didn't come for the night. one of the best day/night of the entire year! needed that especially after exams. pictures soon!

i really need some organising and cleaning up done. finally had a long phone talk with rose, haven't done it in ages. have been going around crazily organising dates for singapore. bunking off school, collecting results from exams. the best subject i got for percentage is psychology! told you i'm fated to be in medicine and psychology :) the bloody facebook couldn't let me upload pictures!!

exams have started on monday, so far i've done english, history, genetics and psychology. hmm i reckon i did better in history than science ): i've got commerce and maths tmr so wish me luck heh. made "cheesecake", total epic failllllll~ read the internet goss (Y) and i saw this; "for the twihard who has everything: Robert Pattison cross stitch" sorry this is really sad.

and i looked retardedly happy, had a bad hair day too. just looking at this picture digs up all the memories we had in japan 08.

the first meeting for japan was in c205, simone stood up and annabel and i thought she was retarded hahaha and then marlie and cherie were laughing like crazy and we thought they were retarded too hehe... but(there's always a but in stories, i know) in japan, i don't know how, we all just clicked. Us- Dion, Mel, Cherie, Marlie, Nicola, Simone, Elena. Mel and I are the youngest and are like 2-3 years younger than them but we all fit in... really really well. i don't wanna say perfectly cos that'll just make me sadder. we would sit in bullet trains and sing songs, gossip about T-square etc it's like we can talk for ages without stopping. haha i remember cherie as my airplane buddy(to sydney for a stopover) she was taking pictures of her food and stuff and we were kind of awkward and stuff but i said hi then we clicked :) cherie has always been my airplane buddy since then and always the auntie hahaha. marlie, she's like my mother overseas always taking care of mel and me, making us shut up because we kept singing "Just Dance" in the end she got obessed with it hahaha :) and mel, my best shopping buddy ever! we would always sing the same song list over and over again, mainly for entertainment and annoy both marlie and cherie. because cherie and marlie lived in singapore before, we often use singlish and nicola always calls us the "lah buddies" weird much. HAHAHA and bowling and one hour waiting for food and list goes on... fond memories peoples! if there is a time machine invented, i would go back to the times we had in japan! yesterday was the last day for year 12s(cherie, marlie, nicola, simone, elena are yr 12s), and we only spent 1.5 years in school together SAD X 10000000 ): i miss you guys, lots of catching up to do after our exams okay i love you all!

yay i love my webcam! my skin looks yellow cos i am a monster. no, my table lamp gives out yellow light :) and i am wearing my summer uniform, that is not my clothes. have been webcamming a lot lately, with irfan, charlie, mickel, victor. anyway school started last week, thank god it's saturday, gonna be sunday soon in eight minutes. three weeks of school left till major year 10 exams, five-six weeks till singapore. hehe countdowning a lot :D

anyway, my life;
last thee days of holidays and i feel the excitement buzz. i still can't believe i didn't see emily, hend or rose in the holidays! at least i saw ruchira (Y) term four's gonna be really short of us, just four weeks and then exams then celebration night and i'm back in singapore!

i'll be in singapore for 17-18 days, from 25 november to 13 december. i know i keep updating about when im coming back, but seriously, i haven't been back for almost three years now and there's some people i really wanna see when i come back ;D

spring holidays 09.
1 nicole came over to my place and dyed my hair brown. took like 9 videos, not going anywhere near internet ;) sad thing is my hair is so black it made literally no big difference, but i can see brown, nicole can see brown, bonnie cant see brown, jane, vivien, sarah, andrew cant see brown. big freaking frown. 2 spring is here! 3 my fringe grew back thank you, i will never cut bangs again(not that i wanted bangs, the hairdresser cut wrongly) another big frown. 4 singapore in 61 days ;) 5 melbourne show 09 with vivien jane sarah andrew, my first ever melb show (Y) wont be the last and next time i am going on Freestyle! 6 finally went on a coffee date with bonnie. we have been planning since jan and guess what? it's a coffee date and we drank one! another big frown! and bonnie, get that freaking skirt haha 7 life's good 8 r.i.p bulks number one! D: bulks number one, i love you. for two years, i wore you around in any condition. i am really going to miss you D: 8. since bulks number one died, mum took me out and bought me two shoes (Y) canvas and bulks. it'll be bulks number two yay, bulks number one was still my favouritee. 9 netball season; i is shooting hoops every single day (Y)

74 days (Y)

first day of holidays! all i know is, first week of holidays is gonna be late nights and long sleeping hours (Y) ahhh i washed my hair with conditioner last night and it was so good! a week ago, celebrated shane's 21st birthday in the city ;) buffet and bowling at crown's. bowling was hilarious, i am pro at bowling and gwen and shane somehow manage to defeat me ;O mm badminton finals, only four schools went into finals and we got third place (Y) toorak was like O.O awesome i want trophyyyyyy!

mengzhong(mz), zhiyuan(xzy) and emily ;)i have been frantically searching my primary school friends' names on facebook hahaha so far so good! found everyone except eileen, gary and moses(wvps) anyway have been chatting to xzy recently and yeh, found out he has facebook all
along and then he told me mz has facebook O.O hahaha i love you xzy! without you, i couldnt have found mzzzz! ;D in p5, i had like 3 friendship groups cos all of them didnt get along with each other HAHA so i had emily in one group, eileen etc in one group and xzy, mz in one group XZY, MZ WERE MY BIFFLES, so was emily and the rest ._. the young and innocent days and i scanned some old photos of us at my 2004 birthday party thank god i changed

i am officially going to singapore.
dates disclosed in a later date, i was online booking my airticket and sorting everything out. i am finally going back, after 3 bloody years, somehow i don't feel as satisfied, my heart's still empty. i expected a feeling of yes! im going back, but i didnt.

i get to miss work experience and some part of school.
i mean, who goes to school after exams! right? after i go back to singapore, i dont think i wanna go back again. there really isn't much there except for my friends but the weather and humidity daunts me.

twas a sad day, yeh it was.
like always, i never enjoyed the feeling when i send people off. if i could, i rather not see anyone walk off in the airport. but that's probably the last time i'll see them in ages. i have to, i want to. i cannot imagine me being gwen, seeing my parents turning their backs on me and slowly stroll into the departure entrance. i know i'll be drowning in tears. thankfully, this never happened, and it never will.

these past twelve days were a bliss.
i love company, i still don't get why i'm shy in front of my relatives. it's just so different with relatives and friends. but i'm starting to change, i'm trying to change. it should be a succeed in november. so, past twelve days, singlish alllll the way. i had lots of fun with my cousins. maybe swearing can describe how much fun i had. i already miss singing 'taste like candy canes and christmas', 'freak freak super freak super freakin yeh', 'ima ima ima diva ima ima ima diva, no no no diva is a female version of a hustla, of a hustla, of a hustla' and annoying my cousins. good times.

today is the last day of holidays. i have yet to send ms lees an email for informing. i miss my friends, i miss hugging rose, i miss chest buming emily, i miss laughing with hend mysteriously, i miss that stupid ruchira, i miss nicole and her asian obession etc. i think, i want school to start.

airplane food is a cuisine.

transformers, the revenge of the fallen (y) is so good. So so good. Christine came over to sleepover on tuesday night, and we watched the first Transformers cos she hasn't. Her mum, my mum and us played two hours of mahjong and apparently, not all hongkies can play mahjong. Christine and I, we loved every bits of Transformers. I'm not really a sci-fiction fan, but this, this is good as (y). my 1st of july, added into my 'One of my best days' list.

cousins from dad's side came to melbourne. huihong and huijuan, leaving huimin behind. i'm having quite lot of fun with them ;) we shopped yesterday and huihong and I got matching high heels. My first ever heels. I'll be taller than my boyfriend hahaha.
